What You’ll Do
• Clean common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells)
• Maintain amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, restrooms)
• Trash removal + grounds upkeep
• Restock supplies + maintain property appearance
• Complete daily cleaning tasks + respond to service needs

Working Porter Leads:
• Guide team members + support daily operations
• Train new hires + ensure quality standards
• Communicate with management
• Some Porter Duties

What You Need
• 1+ year porter/janitorial/housekeeping experience (apartments preferred)
• Reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented
• Able to work on your feet + outdoors
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Full-time with benefits including Health, Dental and cell phone allowance
- Availability: 7 days per week (weekend availability a must)
- Competitive Pay – Up to $20/hour based on experience
- Must have reliable transportation
