We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Housekeeping to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure all bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and security
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
