Our growing chiropractic wellness clinic is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Patient Care & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.
This is a dynamic role that combines front desk patient care, patient communication, scheduling, sales, internal marketing, and community outreach. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and helping patients take action toward better health.
You’ll spend part of your time inside the clinic working directly with patients and supporting the front desk, and part of your time helping with internal marketing and out in the community building relationships and introducing people to our clinic.
This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, takes initiative, follows through, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
No healthcare experience required — full training provided.

Job Responsibilities
Patient Care & Front Desk
• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, and appointment coordination
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with patients in person
• Help patients understand their appointments, schedules, and next steps
• Assist with keeping patients on track with their recommended visits and clinic commitments
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients
• Help guide patients through therapy flow, including assisting patients on and off therapy equipment as directed by clinical staff
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front desk and patient area
• Provide support to the rest of the clinic team as needed
Patient Communication, Sales & Internal Marketing
• Communicate with new and existing patients by phone, email, and in person
• Follow up with prospective patients and help schedule consultations
• Follow up with past patients to help reconnect them with the clinic
• Help patients understand their care options and confidently make decisions about moving forward
• Clearly communicate the value of our services and help patients understand available payment and financing options
• Follow up consistently with patients and leads rather than allowing opportunities to fall through the cracks
• Help promote the clinic's services, events, workshops, and special programs to existing patients
• Educate patients about additional services and opportunities available within the clinic
• Help create awareness and excitement around clinic promotions, events, and patient referral opportunities
• Encourage patient participation in clinic events, wellness programs, and community initiatives
• Assist with internal marketing activities designed to increase patient engagement, referrals, and retention
• Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and increase patient involvement with the clinic
• Build trust and motivate patients to take action toward their health and wellness goals
Community Outreach & Marketing
• Visit local businesses to introduce our clinic and build community relationships
• Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members
• Attend networking events, health fairs, 5Ks, and other community events
• Help coordinate and support internal and external marketing events
• Help organize community outreach opportunities
• Represent the clinic professionally and enthusiastically throughout the community
• Follow up with contacts and opportunities generated through community outreach
• Participate in presentations or health talks when appropriate and as directed by the clinic

Qualifications

• Comfortable having conversations about healthcare, patient needs, and the cost of care
• Comfortable asking for the appointment and helping people make decisions
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and technology
• Comfortable using email and social media
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Reliable transportation required for community outreach and events
Healthcare, chiropractic, sales, customer service, marketing, or outreach experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Schedule
• Full-time – approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Schedule may need to align with clinic treatment hours
• Occasional mornings, evenings, or weekends for networking events, 5Ks, health talks, and other community outreach activities
