Supreme Power Wash Company, Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Lead Field Technician to oversee daily job-site operations throughout San Diego County.
This is a hands-on leadership and customer-service position. The Lead Field Technician will visit job sites, meet with our technicians and customers, confirm the work to be performed, help ensure that each job is completed correctly, and identify opportunities to offer customers additional cleaning services.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural leader, organized problem-solver, and comfortable speaking with customers. No prior power-washing or window-washing experience is required. We will train the right person.
