Veterinary Implants Direct is a specialized provider of veterinary orthopedic implant products serving veterinary clinics, hospitals, and orthopedic surgeons.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and organized Inside Sales Associate & Account Manager who enjoys talking with customers, building relationships, and driving sales.
What You'll Do
Make outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Build and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM.
Educate veterinary orthopedic surgeons and clinics about our products.
Develop new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
Handle inbound calls, emails, quotes, and orders.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
Work toward and achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM.
Track call activity, leads, and sales performance.
What We're Looking For
Confident and comfortable on the phone
Strong sales and customer relationship skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
Motivated by sales goals and results
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
Willingness to learn technical veterinary products
Previous medical, veterinary, healthcare, or technical sales experience is a plus, but strong sales experience and the right attitude are more important.
