Gram’s BBQ is looking for a Morning Cook who knows their way around a busy kitchen and is excited to work with our Southern Pride Smoker. If you love early mornings, real smoke, and putting out consistent, high‑quality BBQ, we want you on our team.
Schedule: Thurs–Sun, 6 AM–2 PM
What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor our Southern Pride Smoker
Prep and cook meats + sides to Gram’s BBQ standards
Work grills, fryers, and griddles as needed
Keep your station clean, safe, and organized
Follow recipes, portion standards, and food‑safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, energetic, and team‑oriented
Comfortable in a fast‑paced kitchen
Experience preferred but will train on smokers and BBQ.
Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
