JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary The Workday User Experience Analyst I supports
day-to-day operations in the Workday Solution Center by responding to
employee (end users) questions and resolving moderately complex issues.
This role acts as a bridge between end users and technical teams and
serves as the first level Workday contact to end users seeking support
primarily with Workday Financials. Primary Responsibilities Respond to
troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex Finance inquiries. Escalate
complex or business-critical issues to the appropriate team members.
Collaborate with Knowledge Manager to update knowledge base materials.
Collaborate with Configurators and Architects to support testing and
documentation. Identify Workday optimization and user
training/communication opportunities based on cases worked. Other duties
as assigned. This position is 100% remote. All remote work must be
performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which
currently includes: WI, AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC,
TN, TX, and UT Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Familiarity with Workday
Finance functionality and workflows such as Procurement, Supplier
Accounts (AP), Expenses, Grants, Gifts, Projects, Labor Costing,
Financial Reporting, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education
on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor\'s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years of experience in a support or
operations role within finance, payroll, or HR systems. Physical
Requirements Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight
materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with
water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally
controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate
speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the
ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between
objects. #LI-AV1 Target salary range for this position is between
\$70,400.00 and \$89,100.00 annually. The final offered salary will
depend on the applicant\'s education, experience, skills, and knowledge,
as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment. Why
