An established San Diego real estate broker is launching and expanding a specialized real estate division focused exclusively on an untapped vertical market niche.
We are looking for ONE motivated California-licensed real estate agent to work with buyers throughout San Diego County and help develop this growing segment of our business. You will be the first licensed agent on the company roster. This is not a salaried position or a traditional real estate team recruiting dozens of agents. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have invested significant time and resources developing a specialized brand, marketing strategy, technology platform and lead-generation system focused on finding clients who are interested in our specialized expertise and value add services. We have a strong monthly budget invested in this vertical market, and the leads are coming in. These leads are specific, and not the typical traditional clients.
Now we need a strong agent in the field.
The selected agent will work with prospective buyers, develop relationships with our affiliates, and represent clients throughout the real estate process.
Company-generated leads and opportunities will be provided as the platform grows.
This is a commission-based opportunity with significant upside for an agent who wants to develop a specialty niche, rather than compete as another general residential Realtor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work with interested clients. They call US, we don’t call them.
• Learn active and upcoming opportunities throughout San Diego County
• Establish professional relationships with our affiliates
• Respond quickly to prospective buyer inquiries
• Follow up and nurture leads
• Represent buyers throughout their real estate transactions
• Identify opportunities involving buyers who also own an existing home
• Become highly knowledgeable in our new niche market
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is professional, personable, ethical, organized and extremely responsive. Active California real estate license required. Please don't call or contact us with no license or less than 2 years in the business.
You should also be:
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong with client follow-up
• Willing to drive throughout San Diego County
• Comfortable using CRM and digital technology
• Interested in learning new niche real estate market vertical
• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented
• Available when clients need to meet
• Interested in building something rather than simply receiving transactions
• Knowledgeable and comfortable using social media and making content posts online for all platforms

COMPENSATION
Commission-based real estate sales opportunity/ Territory Manager. No salary or hourly compensation.
Specific commission structure, lead distribution and responsibilities will be discussed privately with qualified candidates.
All compensation and licensed activity will be handled through the appropriate brokerage relationship and written agreements.
