We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who can confidently operate a station in a fast-paced kitchen.
Professional kitchen experience required.
• Strong food-preparation and knife skills
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards
• Execute multiple tickets efficiently during service
• Maintain food-quality and presentation standards
• Keep workstation clean, stocked, and organized
• Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Complete assigned opening, service, and closing duties
• Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled
SCHEDULE
• Typical shift: 7:00am–3:30pm / 3:00-12:30am
• Must work weekends

RESTAURANT ADMINISTRATIVE
We are looking for people who take pride in their work and understand the importance of quality, consistency, organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and efficient execution.
Professional experience required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
Prepare and organize reports, documents, and invoices
Assist with inventory control and purchasing
Track sales, expenses, and daily operations
Organize schedules and staff information
Communicate with vendors and suppliers
Assist management with operational tasks
Maintain accurate records and files
Use Excel and other computer programs for reports and data entry
Support the restaurant management team as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative or restaurant experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional and positive attitude
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled
