We are a small residential, remodeling company looking for someone to help with various construction work including framing, demo, drywall, clean up, and also getting materials from Home Depot and other supply stores in San Diego.
Applicant must be a US citizen and possess a valid California drivers license witha clean driving record from teh DMV showing no tickets or accidents.
You must be in good physical condition and be capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
You must be motivated to get up early and come to work each day with a good attitude and be willing to learn about construction and remodeling.
We work from 7:30 AM untill 3:30 PM Monday - Friday.
Job sites are typically located in beach communities from Point Loma all the way up to Carlsbad.
Starting pay is $20 per hour . You must have a bank account as we do weekly direct deposit paychecks .
If you answer this ad, you need explain in detail what your construction work history is and why you would be a good fit for this job . A big part of this job will be purchasing and delivering Building Materials so you need to know a lot about Building Materials, including electrical, Lumber, wood trim Drywall, etc.
You will also need experience driving a full-size pickup truck.
