Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Maintenance technician to join our apartment complex team.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience with general apartment maintenance
* Knowledge of plumbing repairs
* Painting and drywall repairs
* Tile installation and repairs
* Landscaping and general outdoor maintenance
* Experience installing cabinets
* Basic electrical and appliance knowledge is a plus
* Ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance work orders
* Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests
* Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
* Previous apartment complex or property maintenance experience preferred
Job Duties:
* Complete maintenance and repair requests throughout the apartment complex
* Perform plumbing, painting, tile, cabinet, and general repairs
* Maintain common areas and landscaping
* Prepare units for new tenants
* Assist with preventative maintenance
* Keep work areas clean and safe
* Respond to emergency maintenance issues when needed
**Requirements:**
Previous maintenance experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical maintenance duties.
