INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & DESIGN CONSULTANT

Nainsook Framing + Art is looking for a reliable, experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our small, established custom picture framing business.
This is a part-time position, approximately 24–26 hours per week, including Mondays 10-4, Wed 12-6, Thurs 12-6 and Saturdays from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
The Position
You will play an important role in keeping our framing business organized and running smoothly while helping clients create beautiful custom framing designs for their artwork, photography, and memorabilia.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining our framing inventory
Keeping inventory organized, accurate, and up to date
Assisting clients with custom frame and mat selections
Creating thoughtful framing designs that enhance each piece of art
Entering and maintaining information using computer programs
Assisting with printing and other day-to-day shop responsibilities
Providing friendly, professional service to our clients
What We're Looking For:
Framing industry experience is strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
Strong attention to detail
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable using business email and computer-based systems
Creative eye and an appreciation for art, photography, and design
Photoshop and printing experience are a plus
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
