Job Description:
A premier Southern California countertop fabrication company is seeking a reliable, hardworking Class C Delivery Driver and Spreader. You will be responsible for safely transporting custom countertop materials from our Southern California base to jobsites statewide, alongside assisting installation teams with heavy on-site material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport countertop products safely across California using a standard commercial or fleet vehicle.
Secure and strap heavy loads to prevent shifting or transit damage.
Actively assist installation crews by lifting, carrying, and "spreading" heavy materials into place.
Maintain regular communication with project dispatch and supervisors.
Job Requirements:
License: Must hold a valid Class C Driver's License.
Age Requirements: Must be at least 25 years old (for commercial insurance compliance).
Driving Record: Clean DMV driving record is strictly required.
Physical Demands: Must be able to consistently lift, move, and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
Travel: Must be flexible to travel out of town for 1–2 nights per week depending on job locations.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.

Year 5+: 10 days per year (accruing at 3.08 hours per pay period).
Note: For Prevailing Wage assignments, vacation wages are paid directly through hourly fringe benefit rates per hour worked.
