We are currently hiring Production Packers to join a growing food manufacturing facility in San Bernardino. This position is responsible for packaging food products while maintaining high standards for quality, food safety, and productivity.

Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Schedule may change weekly; flexibility is required
Weekend availability may be required
Job Responsibilities
Work on a food manufacturing and packaging production line.
Package products according to company quality and production standards.
Load bags into automatic bagging equipment and seal finished products.
Place oxygen absorbers into packages as required.
Double-pack sealed products and place products into boxes.
Erect boxes and palletize finished products.
Perform pre-batching, product rework, and leak testing.
Visually inspect products for quality and proper packaging.
Separate products that do not meet specifications and notify the Line Lead.
Prepare, stage, and label packaging materials before production.
Follow all GMP, SQF, food safety, and quality procedures.
Report food safety or quality concerns to the supervisor or Quality Department.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 year of previous production or manufacturing experience preferred/required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be flexible with changing weekly schedules.
Must be available to work weekends as needed.
