Established Automotive Repair Shop – Kearny Mesa, San Diego
We are a busy, well-established automotive repair shop located in the heart of Kearny Mesa and are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team.
We have a large, loyal customer base consisting of individual customers, families, and fleet accounts, providing a steady volume of business year-round.
The Ideal/Successful Candidate Will:
• Have previous experience as an Automotive Service Writer
• Be proficient with Mitchell 1
• Have strong knowledge of the automotive repair industry
• Have experience with diagnostics and repair estimating
• Be comfortable communicating repair recommendations and estimates to customers
• Be capable of conducting vehicle road tests
• Perform quality-control inspections before and after repairs
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a busy shop environment
• Possess a valid California driver’s license and provide proof of a satisfactory driving record
