D.Z. Akin's is a family run business. Here we are not a corporate environment. Most people who work here have been working for over 10 years.
The hours will depend mostly on your availability compared with the shifts that we have available. We are looking for servers with previous experience as being a server here is advanced. This is an extremely fast paced environment where a server can have 5-8 tables at a time with a menu that is six 12" x 18" sized pages. We need our servers to be able to give great service while being able to juggle the table load and memorization involved.
The best way to get the job is to come in and fill out an application. If one of the managers are here, they will be able to do an interview on the spot.
