Leucadia Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant in Encinitas is hiring Cooks to join our kitchen team!
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working cooks with restaurant kitchen experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our kitchen team works across several stations, including pizza making, sauté, pasta, salads, prep, and pizza cutting/expo.
Pay: $18 to $23 per hour plus participation in the tip pool. Starting pay is based on prior experience, skill level, and the stations you are qualified to work.
What We’re Looking For:
– Previous restaurant/kitchen experience
– Pizza, sauté, or line-cook experience
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
– Dependable attendance and punctuality
– Positive attitude and strong teamwork
– Ability to understand and communicate work instructions, kitchen procedures, and safety information
– Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
