We are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage day‑to‑day financial recordkeeping and support accounting operations for COR MEDICAL VENTURES. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Del Mar, CA and involves maintaining accurate ledgers, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts. The Bookkeeper will assist in preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and collaborating with leadership on budgeting and expense tracking. Daily responsibilities include working with accounting software to process invoices, payments, and payroll data, organizing financial documentation, and supporting month‑end and year‑end close activities. The role also requires consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong bookkeeping skills, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries (accounting).
-Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting basic finance tasks.
-Proficiency with accounting software and comfort working with digital financial systems.
-Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Ability to work on‑site in Del Mar, CA and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
-Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role; exposure to healthcare or medical device industries is a plus.
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
