Camille is our 29-year-old daughter.
She lives in a house in Walnut Creek with her boyfriend
CAREGIVER
We are looking for a night-time caregiver who agrees to be "on call" for emergencies
You must live in Walnut Creek or adjacent cities.
you must be available to come between the hours of 8:00 pm and 8:00 am
You would be paid $50 per hour and paid a minimum of 2 hours. $100 per call.
Your role (what we need):
* going to bathroom. She currently has a foley catheter that needs to be emptied for urine. Sometimes the foley needs to be adjusted.
* She struggles with constipation. Digital stimulation is required sometimes (and suppositories, etc). The laxatives that she takes sometimes lead to accidents and that is one reason she may be needing help at night.
* Lifting her from chair to wheelchair to toilet/bed requires some strength. She weighs 100 lbs... this is a big part of the job.
* You must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience
Camille has Neurofibromatosis type 2. Her biggest health issues are constant UTIs, dizziness and constipation...and managing pain.

Qualified applicants will then have a phone/facetime interview with Camille's mother.
Final applicants will meet with Camille at her apartment to establish a good fit.
Hired caregivers will be trained by existing main caregiver and Camille's mom.
