We’re hosting an Open House & Hiring Event for event waitstaff and leads. Whether you’re new to catering or have event experience, we’d love to meet you and share more about opportunities with Kaspar’s.
Open House Dates: Fridays- August 21 & August 28
When: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00–6:00 PM

We offer a structured staffing program with clear opportunities to learn, grow, take on more responsibility, and increase your pay as you develop your event skills. Our team members progress through different skill levels based on experience, performance, teamwork, service knowledge, and leadership.
We’re looking for people who have:

*A willingness to learn and grow into higher-level event roles
