You are super organized and methodical. The kind of person who enjoys checking off your whole to-do list early, and makes spreadsheets for fun.
You’re an awesome communicator. You respond quickly and warmly, and enjoy adding a fun, personal touch to everyday interactions.
You love a project. Taking a big chunky task, breaking it down into steps, and seeing it all the way through.
You would have fun working with creative, energetic people who are super passionate about building something awesome.
You get fulfillment from helping out with the everyday tasks that help creative people focus on their mission.
Below is an overview of the Admin/personal Assistant position:
Admin Assistant
Schedule Lessons with Google Calendar
Answer emails and texts to provide excellent and personable customer service to our students
Running invoices and billing
Updating metrics and budgets in Google Sheets
Manage social media operations like uploading and scheduling videos
Update our website (No coding experience needed)
Schedule emails in ActiveCampaign
Very light video editing work
Very light graphic design for things like YouTube thumbnails or Instagram Carousels (Canva)
Assist CEO with 1-off studio tasks like painting, redesigning the studio, building furniture for studio upgrades
Assist CEO with simple personal tasks like appointments and occasional errands so they can focus more on the school
Requirements
Experience in any of the following:
Executive assistant
Marketing assistant
Customer-facing service role
Administrative duties at a school
Strong writing, proofreading skills for email and web
Bonuses: Editing experience with premiere pro, ability to read/understand music

Part-time
1099 Contractor
~5 hours/week to start -
Very flexible hours and mostly work-from-home
$25/hour
Must be local to greater Seattle area (Adjacent cities like Shoreline, Lynwood, Everett, ok)
