We are a polyurethane suspension bushing manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket, looking for a Urethane Production Operator to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Prefer someone with experience working at similar company (Energy Suspension, Prothane, Daystar, etc.).
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Key duties include:
-Casting/pouring liquid urethane material into molds
-Demolding cured parts from molds
-Deflashing and trimming urethane parts post cure
-Setting up production lines with molds, and organizing parts and molds post production
You will be expected to:
-Cross train and work across departments, such as Production, Trimming, and Picking/Packing
-Work to production targets and work collaboratively with different teams
-Be responsible for your work space, maintaining a safe and clean area for yourself and others
-Be reliable and consistent in your performance
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 4:00am to 2:30pm.
Given the right candidate, we can be flexible with working hours if necessary.
