STARTUP CEO / BUSINESS PARTNER — UP TO 25% EQUITY + $1,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS
K Savary Enterprise LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated, entrepreneurial person to serve as CEO and help build and grow several startup businesses.
This is a sweat-equity startup position. There is no traditional salary at the beginning. Salary is intended to begin once the Company becomes profitable or reaches an agreed financial milestone, subject to applicable law.
COMPENSATION
- Up to 25% equity
- Equity earned through a 4-year vesting schedule
- $1,000 Initial Performance Bonus
- Potential future salary and additional bonuses as the Company grows
IMPORTANT: THE $1,000 IS NOT A SIGNING BONUS
You do not receive $1,000 simply for signing the agreement.
The $1,000 Initial Performance Bonus is earned after the required Company accounts are successfully set up and verified.
This includes accounts such as:
- Business banking
- Amazon KDP
- Apple Developer
- Google Play Developer
- Meta/Facebook Developer
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Amazon Seller
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Etsy
- Shopify
- Other necessary Company accounts
You must be willing to use your own valid government-issued ID and truthful personal information when a platform legally requires identity verification of you as an authorized Company representative.
You will never be asked to falsely claim that you are the owner or beneficial owner of the Company.
HELP IS AVAILABLE
You do not need to already know how to set up every account.
The Company already has people who can assist you step-by-step with:
- Amazon KDP
- Google Play Developer
- Apple Developer
- Meta/Facebook Developer
You must be willing to communicate, follow instructions, complete required verification, and get the accounts properly established.
CONTINUED SERVICE
This opportunity is for someone who genuinely wants to help build the Company.
If you earn and receive the $1,000 bonus and then abandon the position, disappear, intentionally stop communicating, or otherwise trigger the repayment terms in the written agreement, you may be required to repay some or all of the bonus.
An unexplained failure to communicate for 3 consecutive business days may be treated as abandonment under the final agreement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your responsibilities will include:
- Help manage day-to-day Company operations
- Set up and maintain Company accounts
- Help develop and launch apps
- Help develop a candy brand and other consumer products
- Manage publishing and e-commerce activities
- Help with marketing and advertising
- Research grants, crowdfunding, SBA programs, investors, and other funding opportunities
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals
- Help develop sales and revenue strategies
- Maintain Company records and account information
- Help coordinate taxes, registered-agent requirements, insurance, permits, licenses, and compliance
- Keep the Founder informed about important Company matters
- Research solutions using Google, ChatGPT/AI, YouTube, and other available resources
You do not need to personally know how to do everything. You need to be resourceful, willing to learn, dependable, and able to get things done.
