The Peruvian Spot is a growing, family-owned Peruvian restaurant, cafĂŠ, bakery, and catering business located just steps from Mesa College.
We are looking for dependable and motivated people to join our team in the following positions:
⢠Line Cooks
⢠Baristas / Front of House Team Members
WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR
⢠Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required for Front of House)
⢠Reliable, responsible, and punctual
⢠Positive attitude and strong work ethic
⢠Ability to work well as part of a team
⢠Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
⢠Strong communication and customer-service skills
⢠Willingness to learn and take direction
⢠Restaurant experience is helpful, but not requiredâweâre happy to train the right candidates
