Sandcastle Cleaning LLC is a growing cleaning company serving San Diego. We are looking for reliable, honest, and detail-oriented professional cleaners who are interested in a long-term position.
This is a part-time position with approximately 3–5 cleanings per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.
DUTIES
Perform detailed residential cleaning for apartments, homes, condos, and vacation rentals
Complete move-in and move-out cleanings
Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
Report maintenance issues, damages, or other property concerns to management
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with clients and team members
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
REQUIREMENTS
Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy
Good communication skills
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
PAY & SCHEDULE
$21–$23 per hour, depending on experience
