Sustainable Building Clean is looking for experienced, professional cleaning subcontractors who specialize in move-in/move-out and vacant home cleanings.
We primarily handle commercial cleaning, but we have recently been receiving more requests for residential cleaning services and are looking to expand our network of qualified professionals.
Requirements:
Experience with move-in/move-out and vacant home cleaning is a must
Valid general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance required
Proof of insurance and workers’ comp will be required before being assigned any work
Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct when working with clients
Subcontractor pricing must be competitive and reasonable, as the work is being subcontracted and pricing must allow for a mutually beneficial business relationship
Subcontractors will work directly with Sustainable Building Clean and will be expected to represent the company professionally while completing each assignment.
