Licensed General B contractor seeking to partner with qualified, licensed C-39 roofing contractors for consistent and ongoing work.
We are looking for reliable roofing professionals who hold a current CSLB C-39 license and maintain proper insurance and bonding. Work involves residential and light commercial roofing projects with the potential for steady volume if you are found to be a good match for our company.
Requirements:
• Valid California C-39 Roofing Contractor License
• Current General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Coverage
• Proven experience with residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Ability to meet project schedules and quality standards
• Willingness to work under a formal subcontract or joint-venture arrangement as appropriate
