Join a Growing Manufacturing Team
McIntyre Tool & Machine is expanding and looking for a motivated Assembly & Manufacturing Technician to become part of our growing manufacturing organization. This position offers an opportunity to help build and eventually lead our Assembly Department.
Primary Responsibilities
Assemble precision mechanical components.
• Install hardware, bearings, inserts, bushings and fasteners.
• Perform fine mechanical adjustments during assembly.
• Read engineering drawings and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Track work using a computer and digital documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, CNC, Quality, Shipping and Operations.
• Support inspections and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and dependable.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable using computers.
• Leadership potential.
Language
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Candidates willing to improve either language are encouraged to apply.
