Hospitality is everything.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of Orange County’s Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants—with something particularly rare in this industry: the restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays, making those the General Manager’s regular days off. As with any hospitality leadership position, an occasional special event, private party, or business need may require availability.
We are looking for an accomplished General Manager who genuinely lives and breathes hospitality—someone who understands that extraordinary cuisine deserves extraordinary service and that the smallest details can create the most memorable guest experiences.
The right leader is polished without being pretentious, confident without ego, and hands-on with their team. You are mature, positive, organized and calm under pressure. You lead with integrity and kindness, hold people accountable, and understand how to create a culture where both employees and guests feel valued.
You will oversee all front-of-house operations, mentor and develop an established team, maintain exceptional service standards, and work closely with ownership and culinary leadership to continue delivering the level of experience expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong fine dining management experience
Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred
Exceptional understanding of elevated service and hospitality

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$90,000–$100,000 base salary
