Compensation:
1) Paid Per Appointment
2) New hire & Quota bonuses

What This Role Includes:
- Door-to-Door canvassing in San Diego, introducing yourself to homeowners.
- Telling homeowners about services Valiant Home Remodeling offers
- Updating a CRM at each door.
- Company swag and clothing

Schedule & Workflow:
We're flexible on how you structure your day, but the highest earners run this full-time and follow the workflow, time-management, and territory strategy we teach in training. Typical full-time day: start around 10:30 AM, wrap around 6:00 PM. Take real breaks and use lunch to reset — refuel and come back at 100%. Within your day you are often on your own, real income comes from showing up consistently, full-time.
