Hi there!
We're the team behind Campfire (Michelin Rated), Jeune et Jolie (Michelin One Star), Lilo (Michelin One Star), and Wildland, our all-day restaurant, bar, and bakery in the heart of Carlsbad Village.
Almost two years after opening, Wildland has become exactly what we hoped it would be: a restaurant woven into the fabric of the community. From morning coffee and pastries to wood-fired dinners shared with family and friends, we've built a place where people gather every day. It has become a neighborhood restaurant in the truest sense—a place where guests celebrate milestones, catch up with friends, bring visiting family, or simply stop in because it feels like home.
We're incredibly proud of what Wildland has become, but we believe great restaurants are never finished. They're always evolving.
That's why we're looking for an exceptional Dining Room / Service Manager to help lead the next chapter.
About Wildland
Wildland was created as the all-day restaurant we wished already existed. A place with an in-house bakery, wood-fired cooking, fresh pasta, rotisserie chicken, beautiful produce from local farms, thoughtfully crafted drinks, great music, and an energy that feels distinctly California. A restaurant where there are no barriers to entry. Guests can stop in for a pastry and coffee, grab lunch with coworkers, celebrate birthdays over dinner, or linger over cocktails late into the evening. Most importantly, we wanted Wildland to be a place where time feels well spent. That belief continues to guide every decision we make.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who believes that hospitality is more than service—it's leadership. As our Dining Room Manager, you'll lead one of the largest teams in our company while helping shape the daily experience of hundreds of guests. You'll coach, inspire, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and food runners while ensuring our standards remain consistently high. This is a role for someone who loves being on the floor. Someone who notices the little things. Someone who believes that details matter because people matter. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team committed to continuous growth, and you'll have the opportunity to influence the culture, systems, and future of one of Southern California's most exciting restaurants.

- Restaurant management experience is important, but character matters just as much.
- We're looking for someone who lives our values every day.
