Job Purpose:
Freedom Window Cleaning is hiring outdoor service professionals to beautify, restore, and protect residential and commercial properties. No experience is necessary; we provide paid technical and safety training.
Key Responsibilities
• Service Execution: Clean windows, gutters, awnings, and siding to the highest quality standards.
• Communications: Transmit, relay, and confirm customer and team information accurately and on time.
• Information Management: Efficiently manage equipment, work order batches, checklists, and time schedules.
• Problem Solving: Independently apply company strategies to handle unexpected job site challenges.
• Customer Service: Educate customers, manage expectations, and resolve issues to deliver a "WOW" experience.
Skills/qualifications:
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift over 90 lbs easily and carry heavy ladders safely.
• Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working on high ladders and roofs.
• Logistics: Valid driver's license with updated auto insurance and reliable personal transportation required daily to travel between assigned job sites throughout the workday (eligibility for a company vehicle over time based on performance).
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mindset: Strong work ethic, high energy, professional appearance, and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to accommodate early morning start times, with job site arrival as early as 5:00 AM common initially. Start times may shift closer to an 8:00 AM window over time or upon moving into alternative divisions.
