We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician for an 86-unit apartment community in Anaheim.
If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and taking pride in your work, this may be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who notices the little things, knows how to troubleshoot repairs, and understands that sometimes the smallest fix makes the biggest difference.
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
Plumbing
Electrical
HVAC
Carpentry
Painting and drywall
Masonry
Appliance repair and installation
Doors, locks, hardware, and general apartment repairs
You don’t need to be an expert in everything. You should have current or previous maintenance experience, be comfortable working independently and with a team, and know when a repair should be referred to a specialized vendor.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Dependable and organized
Detail-oriented
Able to troubleshoot and fix problems
Comfortable correcting previous repairs when necessary
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed in compliance with operational procedures.
Proactive about noticing maintenance issues around the property
Proud of doing clean, quality work
