Job Summary
Hi there! We are seeking a Night Area Manager to join our CCS team in Orange County! This role is a key position. This position is responsible for but is not limited to working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.
Essential Functions
• Scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews
• Hands-on training
• Multiple site visits per night in company company-provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and providing technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Qualifications
• Must be fluent in both English & Spanish - verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid California Driver's License (no violations within three years)
• Ability to work independently, Positive Attitude, Professional, and Quick learner.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and employees.

Monday - Friday 5:30 PM - 3 AM
