Position Summary
We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians, and Groundskeepers for multiple positions throughout the san diego area.
• Maintenance Technician will handle routine maintenance repairs and prepare vacant apartments for move-in's by completing turnovers and make-ready tasks efficiently. Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with onsite teams and the community manager to prioritize service needs.
Qualifications & Safety
• Experience 1-2 years in apartment, building or hospitality maintenance. HVAC certification a plus but not required.
• Complete work orders effectively.
• Operate power tools safely for maintenance tech only.
• Repairing electrical circuits, switches, fixing or repairing- toilets, sinks, minor carpentry caulking of doors, windows, counters.
• Servicing or installing light fixtures, blinds and appliances. (Washers and dryers, stoves, refrigerators)
• Basic tools needed only for maintenance tech such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, or drill. Grounds will handle landscaping and keeping all common areas, sidewalks clear of debris.
•Dress code must own steel toe work shoes.
•PASS Drug testing and background check
•Valid driver’s license or state ID
