Sewing Machine Operator. Busy inflatable manufacturing company is looking for a Sewing Machine Operator to join our team in our El Cajon facility. We are looking for a dependable individual with a great attention to detail to join our sewing team. Main duties include, but are not limited to:
* Operate industrial sewing machine to join cut fabric parts to fabricate advertising inflatables.
* Sort fabric and pieces
* Follow templates and patterns
Candidates that will be a great fit will:
* Sewing experience a MUST! No on the job training. Sewing experience is required.
* Be able to work seated 8 hours a day and work independently
* Have the ability to read sewing instructions and patterns
* Have a strong attention to detail and desire to sew quality products.

• Levantar / empujar / jalar 50 libras de vez en cuando
• Levantar / empujar / jalar de 20 a 30 libras con regularidad
• Voluntad de trabajar en equipo, disposición de aprender y ayudar a los demás.
• Disponibilidad mínima de 40 horas semanales de lunes a viernes
• Aceptar asignaciones en el almacén según lo solicite la gerencia o el Gerente de Planta.

• Perform gluing tasks (PVC adhesives), sewing and manipulation of canvases and fabrics.
• Ability to follow directions (written and verbal)
• Lift / Push / Pull 20 to 30 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work in a team, willingness to learn and help others.
• Minimum availability of 40 hours a week from Monday through Friday
