What You’ll Do at AAA;
As an AAA Insurance Service Specialist, you’ll help members by:
* Answering questions about existing home annd anuto insurance policies.
* Processing policy updates, payments, and renewals.
* Verifying insurance applications for accuracy.
* Updating member information and maintaining electronic records.
* Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
* Supporting insurance agents with administrative and clerical tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
* Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
