The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include assisting leadership with completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results, helping to create forecasting spreadsheets, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, assist with company-wide communications, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, keen attention to detail, and be able to act without guidance.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets with pertinent information as requested by VP
- Manage calendars and set up meetings for VP
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Assist VP with internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

- High School Degree or equivalent
- Associates Degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background (FBI)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Excellent MS Office knowledge with a focus on Excel Spreadsheets (finance background helpful)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality a must
