Hiring Part Time & Full Time Cleaners
Our busy cleaning company is looking to bring on 2-4 cleaners to add to our team!
About Us:
We are a booked & busy cleaning company that primarily focuses on STR set up and turnovers, though we do have a handful of midterm rentals, residential clients, and some occasional one off deep cleans. Our properties are mostly in PB, Clairemont, and North Park and properties range from studios to large beach homes. We uphold a top of the line standard in cleanliness and guest experience.
Requirements:
✨ Self-starter with strong time management skills
✨️ Reliable transportation - car pooling available when schedule allows
✨️ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
✨️ Attention to detail
✨️ Ability to follow a check list
✨️ Must be able to work well with others and accept constructive criticism
✨️ Prior cleaning experience a plus but not mandatory
✨️ Must have weekend availability
Details:
✨️ Training starts at $20/hr with assessment for increase in 2 weeks
✨️Paid biweekly on Fridays
✨️ Weekly gas reimbursement
✨️ All supplies provided
✨️ Flexible schedule
