PART-TIME EVENT CREW MEMBER
$18 to 20 PER HOUR • PAID WEEKLY IN CASH
15–20 HOURS PER WEEK • THURSDAY–SUNDAY
The City to Summit Charity Road Rally is hiring an energetic, dependable person to help us create exciting outdoor adventures for active adults, children and families.
This is an active, hands-on position—not a desk job! You’ll help prepare family activities, set up event spaces and keep everything running smoothly from the starting line in Chula Vista through city streets and mountain peaks, to the finish-line celebration at Hideout Mountain Lodge near Julian.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Set up games, tents, tables, signs and activity stations
• Help create children’s games, obstacle courses and adventure activities
• Welcome families and assist guests during events
Help with event sales and promotions
• Decorate and prepare event areas
• Load, unload and transport event equipment
• Keep activity areas clean, organized and safe
• Help wherever needed to make each event successful
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Friendly, energetic and comfortable working with children
• Dependable and ready to work
• Creative, positive and able to follow directions
• Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
• Able to lift and carry tables, games, tents and supplies
• Available Thursdays through Sundays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• An SUV, truck or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer is a big plus
