Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and enhancing standardized reporting out of multiple systems. Performssystem wide needs assessment to identify gaps and as a result recommends value added user friendlydata delivery methods to executive management. Acts as a liaison with IT related to systemdevelopment, enhancements, upgrades, etc. Responsible for evaluating system education needs andcoordinating/performing training on systems including interpreting data with actionable results. Acts as acentralized resource for system support from an end user perspective. Responsible for leading futureimplementations from an end user perspective.

H.S. GED or Diploma
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements5 years of system and analytic experience.Excellent knowledge of healthcare models and key operational indicators.Possesses comprehensive knowledge of healthcare principles and terminology, knowledge of trends,variances and forecast modeling. Has ability to research industry via the web and other tools.Ability to be entrepreneurial; always searching for creative and innovative solutions.
