The event will be held at Liberty Station on Wednesday, August 5, 2026; from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Setup begins at 3:00 p.m., and breakdown begins at 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities include assisting with the setup of tables, chairs, stages, and other event equipment; reading and interpreting setup instructions or diagrams; transporting event materials and equipment; arranging décor such as table settings, centerpieces, and banners; keeping event spaces clean, neat, and presentable; assisting with audiovisual equipment installation as needed; dismantling the event setup and storing equipment at the end of the event; and performing minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.
