Job Description: We seek a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our San Diego, CA Team. Responsibilities include:
Lead the coordination of various design projects.
Deliver outstanding client service.
Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Establish and maintain project schedules.
Create and Maintain Excel Spreadsheets.
Assist Project Managers.
Assist Accounting Department.
Execute special assignments.
Data Entry in QuickBooks Desktop.
Data Entry in DelTek.
Accounts Payable/Vendor Analysis and Reconciliations.
Credit Card Management and Reconciliation.
Employee Timesheet Management.
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in achieving customer satisfaction and fostering teamwork.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Strong Attention to detail.
Familiarity and fluency with Microsoft Office Suite; required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; preferred.
Design, Construction, and/or Commissioning Industry experience; a plus.
Familiarity and fluency with software such as e-Builder and Bluebeam; a plus.
Familiarity and fluency with software such as Quickbooks and DelTek; a plus.
