Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community and common areas
Remove trash and debris throughout the property
Clean breezeways, stairwells, walkways, parking areas, and amenity spaces
Assist with apartment make-ready services and unit turns
Support the maintenance team with light maintenance duties as assigned
Maintain the property's curb appeal and ensure all common areas remain presentable
Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the property management team
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment for residents
Qualifications
Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors when necessary

Responsabilidades del Puesto
Mantener limpias las áreas comunes y los alrededores del complejo de apartamentos.
Recoger basura y desechos en toda la propiedad.
Limpiar pasillos, escaleras, estacionamientos y áreas recreativas.
Ayudar con la preparación de apartamentos vacantes para nuevos residentes.
Apoyar al equipo de mantenimiento con tareas ligeras cuando sea necesario.
Mantener la buena apariencia y presentación de la propiedad en todo momento.
Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o situación que represente un riesgo para la seguridad.
Colaborar con las operaciones diarias para garantizar un ambiente limpio y seguro para los residentes.
Requisitos
Se prefiere experiencia previa como portero, conserje o en mantenimiento general (no es obligatoria).
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Transporte confiable.
Ser puntual, responsable y profesional.
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y laborar al aire libre cuando sea necesario.
