We’re hiring 2 full-time Automotive Sales Representatives to join our growing dealership in San Diego.
We specialize in pre-emissions diesel trucks, including Ford, Dodge, and Chevy. Unlike most dealerships, we service and recondition all of our vehicles in-house, allowing us to offer high-quality trucks at prices that compete with private-party sellers.
Our inventory is in high demand. We have a steady flow of new trucks arriving and even maintain a waiting list of buyers for vehicles that haven’t been completed yet. That means you’ll have quality inventory and motivated customers—making it easier to close sales.
What we’re looking for:
* High-energy, outgoing personality
* Enjoys meeting and talking with people
* Self-motivated and driven to earn
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
If you’re naturally social, confident, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity. If you’re very shy or don’t enjoy interacting with people all day, this position probably isn’t the best fit.
Compensation:
* Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
* Base pay provided during the first 6 weeks of training
