Schedule
📅 Monday – Friday
* 7:30 AM – Team Meeting
* 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Canvassing Routes
Work the rest of your day however you want!
What You’ll Do (Recon Division)
* Hang flyers in assigned neighborhoods
* Cover designated routes
* Track completed homes in our CRM
* Meet daily coverage goals
* Help build the foundation for our sales team
No knocking.
No selling.
No homeowner conversations.
Your job is simple: cover the territory with consistency and accuracy.
Compensation
* 💰 Commission-Based Position
* 🎁 $1,000 Sign-On Bonus over your first 2 inspections that are completed
* 📈 Average team members earn $4,000+/month working part-time
