Everde Growers is looking for a motivated full-time team member to support our retail garden centers across Encinitas and Northern San Diego.
THE ROLE:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Locations: Travel between retail stores in Encinitas and surrounding cities (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, generally 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (shifts vary based on delivery schedules and seasonality)

WHAT YOU BRING:
- A dependable, hardworking, and "can-do" attitude.
- A valid, clean driver's license (no DUI or egregious violations) and daily access to reliable, insured transportation to drive between store locations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Retail or garden center experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
PHYSICAL & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This is a very active, outdoor role. You must be able to:
- Assist with daily watering and keep display areas clean and pristine.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Push and pull rolling racks weighing 300+ lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for up to 97% of your shift.
- Use a company-issued cell phone to log timekeeping and track mileage via Paycom.
