Join the Always Refinishing team! We're looking for an experienced Bathtub Refinishing/Painter to help us deliver high-quality refinishing and repair services for residential and commercial clients.
Compensation
* 30% Commission
* Potential earnings of $60,000+ per year
What You'll Do
* Prep and refinish bathtubs, showers, and kitchen countertops
* Repair bathtubs and showers
* Reglaze countertops
* Travel to job sites throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles County
* Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications
* 7+ years of bathtub refinishing/painting experience required
* Must provide your own refinishing tools and truck
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Team-oriented with good judgment and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn new techniques and continue developing your skills
