If need of a CNC Machinist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications needed to perform the job: 5-6 year previous experience as a CNC Machinist in an Aerospace Environment.
Advanced understanding of CNC machine codes (Fanuc Controls)
Advanced understanding of trigonometry functions as they relate to CNC machining.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities – Able to set up parts and run CNC programs with minimum supervision, able to edit CNC programs and set up tools. Skills in using all tools for inspection, like caliper, high gages, micrometers, block gages, etc.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position requires the ability to set up parts and run CNC programs, inspect their own work before reaching QC, editing, saving, etc.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:
Able to set up tools as instructed on set up sheets. Read blueprints, programs, able to inspect their own work using caliper, high gages, micrometers, comparator, etc.
MAJOR DUTIES: CNC Machining, Programing and operation. Make their own Set up and assist lower level to operators.
Schedule & Pay rate:
Pay Rate: $24-26.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Mon-Fri & some Saturdays.
1st shift 6:00am – 3:30pm (9 hrs)
