Full-time Private Property Manager needed for a personal residential property in North County San Diego.
Salary: $78,000 per year / $1,500 per week

This is not a basic maintenance role. We need someone with a real construction background who can manage projects, manage people, coordinate vendors, stay organized, show up on time, and make sure work gets done right.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily property operations and maintenance needs
- Oversee construction, repair, improvement, and upgrade projects
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, laborers, and service providers
- Walk the property regularly to identify issues and upcoming work
- Track timelines, materials, labor, budgets, and completion status
- Inspect work for quality, cleanliness, safety, and completion
- Hold vendors and workers accountable for timing and workmanship
- Communicate clearly with ownership on priorities, progress, and issues
- Maintain organized records, photos, receipts, and project notes
- Respond quickly to urgent repairs and property needs
